IT Financial Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as IT finance controller to manage and control anything related to Finance in IT department i.e bugget, expense, asset management, etc
• Act as Single point of contact on any related to IT finance with other departments.
• Develop consolidated quarterly reporting for IT departments, liaising with the Finance and Accounting teams to accurately capture department costs.
• Develop the strong working process i.e budget control, budget planning etc. with finance and accounting team to follow the regional IT guideline
• Further develop and enhance existing quarterly reporting templates and implement new tracking report for budget controlling
• Develop and complete variation analysis for IT comparing actuals to prior periods and budget / forecast
• Analyze the impact of actual costs versus plan, as applicable
• Ensure AR aging report is aligned and up to date.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis for specific projects and cost elements as requested by Core Management Team members, Corporate Controlling and others as required.
• Lead and co-ordinate the IT teams’ budget process – costs, CAPEX programs, etc
• Own and manage the budget on an ongoing basis and challenge variances via business partnering with IT teams
• Participate in the area of security and audit where it's required.
• Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• At least five years' finance and accounting experience in a business or finance environment. Specialization in IT cost management will be an a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues and variances.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc requests and perform under pressure
