Implementation Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide operational & technical support to the users to ensure that the business benefits of software
• Interface directly with end-user, understanding their needs, Business Workflow, & Process
• Design and configuring the software to meet requirement
• Coordinate programmer team and end-user
• Software tester and reviews an organization's applications and provides recommendations for improvement
• Train and support users to use software and provide technical support when needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System, Account Information System, Statistic or other IT related fields
• Experience in implementing ERP or HR software is a plus
• Experiences in payroll processing compensation management & benefit administration works
• Knowledge in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) would be advantaged
• Ability to combine business process knowledge with technology implementation
• Good negotiation and good communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
• Fair command of spoken and written English
