Project Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project 2. Negotiate with outsourced contractors to reach profitable agreements 3. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations 4. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met 5. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies 6. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities 7. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed 8. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports 9. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Working experience in construction field. 2. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles 3. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards 4. Good knowledge of MS Office 5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software
