หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Pre-opening • Finding best value/quality suppliers, creating accounts and order sheets etc • Creation of SOP/training document training schedule • Basic HACCP implementation • Building the team and assisting Head chef in all aspects of operation Operational • To ensure the standard trained is adhered to and delivered consistently • Ensure all section recipes and procedures are followed as per training • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and correct food storage • To constantly check and taste all food in preparation and during service periods • To inform of or find solution to any problem well in advance of service • Manage daily food cost, communicate and place all food ordering Fill out all necessary paperwork daily
