Merchandiser Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Merchandiser Manager Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise the team of merchandisers and coordinate with other key functions to achieve E-Commerce business targets • Search and identify new products and contact/negotiate with suitable suppliers • Oversee management of stocks of the products and maintain product collections and catalogues • Coordinate and draft product master plans for each season for management approval • Analyze the product performance for various product categories and coordinate with marketing team to draft various digital marketing plans • Manage the product development schedule to meet seasonal launching deadlines • Review all product costs and propose pricing • Manage effective supplier relationships • Coordinating KPI and reasonable appraisal criterion for subordinate Qualification: • Thai national only, Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, Age 31-40 • At least 7 years of experience in merchandising and procurement • At least 3 years of experience in management and supervisory of merchandiser team • Having experience in E-commerce business is an advantage • Excellent command English • Personality and Skills: good interpersonal skills, strong analytical skill, trend follower, strong negotiation skill, energetic, and initiative.
