Flash Sales Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Flash Sales Operation Manager Responsibilities: • Lead the team and push revenue on Flash Sales activities via Ookbee's Line Official Account and other channels • Perform sourcing and negotiation with multiple suppliers to ensure the best deal & suitable products • Work closely with Marketing to create promotion & campaign to attract customers • Monitor and analyze KPI (ex. product categories, number of order, Profit & Loss, customer data) and prepare report for management team • Co-ordinate with other business units to ensure the plan is on target • Engage in special project as assigned Qualification: • Bachelor's or higher Degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant business preferably in online merchandising, or retail environment • Understanding and interest of internet & e-Commerce business (knowledge of e-commerce best practices, user experience, and web merchandising is preferable) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within tight deadlines • Well-organized and pro-active with great attention to details • Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team
