1. Controlling and coordination of manufacturing processes. 2. Monitoring, measurement and analysis production’s processing, tracking quantity of productivities (FG) and improve productivities, quality, decrease NG. 3. Controlling & follow up the documentations for superiors’ information - such as WI, Flow chart, standard condition, M/C set-up Manual, M/C check sheet, KPI, Productions’ daily/monthly Report. 4. Training, Coaching subordinates 5. Control & Evaluate and improve the teams’ performance 6. Other assignments by superiors

- Male: about 32-40 years of age. - Experience 3-5 year in Plastic Injection Industry – Precision parts (Mold & Injection Molding, Assembly operations) - Able to Generally communicate in English (Japanese would be advantaged) - Have the Training & Coaching skill - Knowledge in ISO 9000, ISO 14000 (TS 16949 would be advantaged) - Knowledge in Safety, Health & Environment at workplace - High Responsibilities, Able to work under pressure. - Management / Leadership / Problem Solving Skills are required.
