HEAD OF GROUND OPERATIONS & CARGO &COMMERCIAL (HOGCC)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Liaison with Operational Control Center - Flight Dispatcher. -Maintain discipline and managing all ground operations -Maintain current standard and applying contingency plans if and when required. -Monitor and control ramp activities to ensure scheduled operational reliability -Conduct (or assigned staff) aircraft on-site ramp inspection as per Ramp Safety Monthly Checklist once a year per port and retain the inspection record for 1 year. -Conduct Dangerous Goods audit once a year/port as per DG External Audit Checklist. -Cooperate with Quality Department to conduct GHA audit once a year per port. -Monitoring the training of GHA staff who are assigned to handle Air Inter Transport's flight are received proper training by the GHA's trainer who has received Ground Operation -Conduct Ground Operations Training to the trainer / instructors of GHA in every 24 months. -Monitoring Dangerous Goods training program of ground & cargo of GHA staff required to handle Dangerous Goods. -Handle all bases activities and controlling inbound freight according to scheduled flights and agents' requirements. -Take the responsibility of Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods and Cargo manual / procedures and its amendment. -Responsible for all proposed change and revisions to Ground Operations Procedures -Investigate cause of services failure by GHA and preventive measures. -Develop and explore the business opportunity -Develop working relationship with relevant authorities and customers. -Handle all ground + cargo + fuel handling contracts. -Coordinate with relevant department and work on the cargo charter flight cost. -Plan work process for the charter operation: contract, ULD arrangement and coordinate with relevant parties. -Take a lead and coordinate with relevant department for AOL renewal application. -Coordinate with relevant departments for the cost of new potential schedule routing.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A. Tertiary and post graduate education to appropriate qualifications B. At least 5 to 10 years at frontline operations with sufficient knowledge in the various department concerning Airport Handling (Passenger Service, Ramp Handling and Load Control). C. Able to resolved irregular operations (delay, Cancellations due to weather and technical problems) with the least backlash to the company's reputation. D. Establish contacts and arrange contract with local hotels and transport companies as a backup for all irregular operations. E. Establish and maintain relations with Airport Authorities. F. Responsible for assigning qualified personal to provided training for all outstations on courses concerning to Ground Operations. G. Good computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook.
