Product Development and Merchandiser

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work closely with the Brand Manager, Chief Designer, and Product Development to identify product development timelines and monitor the design, concept, and development process including consideration of costing and budgeting under quality standards and brand goals.
• Managed and communicated with the team to provide transparency on timeline conflicts, risks, changes, and action items day-to-day and managed the product development team that cross-functional and delivery tracking updates on apparel.
• Research and compare suppliers for manufacturing and negotiate costing and timing with suppliers and creative solutions to the merchandising and design department when a costing or development.
• Work with product development to plan each season and maintain the SKU company throughout development.
• Verify and track the team when new development materials arrive recommend customer feedback, and concept issues to develop a product idea, and improve quality to prepare the manufacturing.
• Other responsibilities and performed as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Master/bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product and Sourcing, or related fields.
• 1 - 5 years of experience in Product Development (Apparel) in any field. Experience related to the Retail Sports business will be considered favorably
• Analyze and create thinking beyond conventional methods. principled work ethic
• Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines with minimal direction.
• Quick learner, adept at solving unique challenges. Coordination skills, and capable of fulfilling assigned tasks
• Extremely self-motivated and energetic person who can work well under pressure
• Good command of English verbal and written communication.
• Passionate in Football, Running is a plus
