Technician / Customer Support Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Solving the problem and providing onsite service for customer • Reporting any issue and investigate the root cause the problem • Working with dealer technician for demonstration and customer clinic event • Training dealer’s technician about new product and serviceability • Training the customer how to operate and maintenance the machine

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Auto mechanic or agriculture mechanic • Good command of spoken and written Thai language (some understanding in English) • Have knowledge on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical theory and systems. • Teamwork and team building spirit. • Independent and result oriented. • Computer literate with Windows and MS Office. • Willingness to travel extensively, mostly within Thailand ** If you are the one, please apply through Luesawatnantalak@johndeere.com Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
