In addition, callers can arrange service appointments directly with call center. - Product Enquiries (PE): Callers can enquire on various type of products available including Appliances, Transceivers & Accessories. - Technical Enquiries (TE): Callers can seek advice on troubleshooting and other operating functions pertaining to the products.
