หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Assisting the network optimization manager to stipulate the general optimization plan • Responsible for reviewing the network optimization test plan and network assessment report of the subcontractor • Responsible for the optimization scheme reviewing and optimization problem analysis and handling • Responsible for monitoring the optimization effect of the subcontractor • Implementing the specific optimization work • Responsible for subcontractors' personnel technical guidance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, or relevant major • Over 5 years experience in RF Planning ,RF Optimizing and deeply knowledge about Wireless : GSM, CDMA and 3G. • Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, good communication and presentation skills and good written and spoken English.
