• Work as a Project and Service Engineer for customer in Bangkok. • Accept Customer technical problems, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively. • Participate in Projects delivery, including network design, site survey, installation, commissioning, integration, acceptance testing, upgrading and maintenance. • On site technical support with customer engineers, and provide customer guidance and technical training. • Generate Periodic Progress Reports

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science/ or related fields. • 1 – 2 years experiences as VAS back office engineer or related VAS positions. • Preferable with experiences on VAS systems like SMSC, SMPP-GW, VoiceMail, MMS, IN and etc. • Good knowledge in operating systems like Windows, Red hat or SUSE Linux, IBM AIX or etc. • Good knowledge in database like Sybase, Oracle, Sql Server and etc. • Good knowledge in telecommunications and IT protocols like SS7, Sigtran, POP/IMAP or SMTP, FTP, SNMP, LDAP, HTTP, SIP,SOAP, TCP/IP, etc.. • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
