Backend Engineer Channel Integration

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and own the channel integration service from the ground up using TypeScript and Node.js
• Design and implement channel adapter modules — each encapsulating channel-specific API logic behind a unified interface
• Build the order ingestion pipeline: receive orders from channels via webhooks/polling, normalize to internal format, publish to SQS for downstream processing
• Implement channel-facing operations: order status updates, AWB (airway bill) retrieval, shipping label generation, and channel API proxying
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas with proper schema separation
• Set up SNS/SQS messaging topology with DLQ handling, retry policies, and idempotency patterns
• Build integration with the fulfillment service via well-defined API contracts
• Write contract tests (Pact) and integration tests to ensure adapter correctness across channels
• Implement structured logging and distributed tracing for full observability • Participate in on-call rotation for channel integration issues post go-live
