หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To be center for analyze, control stock cover day and response for replenishment plan to ensure that plan is align with inventory stock and appropriate route, cost and vehicles including solve problems by coordinating with 5 SSC Plants including 9 OEM plants and 50 branch warehouses and other concerns.
• - To responsible for plan and control daily replenishment and all required stock aligned to stock cover day target and sales demand proportion to ensure that all stocks are divided to proper plants, regions, branches and customers with proper quantity and time under conditions as minimum order quantity, restock frequency, shelf life, lead time, etc
• - Provide and coordinate to plants and branches that complying with supply chain direction and inventory strategies to ensure that all stocks have enough for serving all requirements including existing items, new products, package changing and seasonal products.
• - Analyze monthly sales forecast compare with actual sales and promotions data for considering trend order related to inventory and distribution planning operation. - To provide and prepare data, documents and reports for distribute flow between SSC plants to SSC plants, OEM plants to SSC plants, SSC & OEM plants to branch warehouses and SSC & OEM plants to customers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 0-2 years of strong analytical data and business analysis experience
• - Knowledge in VMI or replenishment functions experience will be an added advantage
• - Knowledge of SAP or transport management system will be an added advantage
• - Those from supply chain/ logistics environment will be an added advantage
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Power Point
• - Strong analytical and investigate thorough follow through with an ability to multi-task
• - Possess an analytical approach to problem solving
