Coordinates closely with sales and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Installing and configuring Unifi communication product (on cloud and on premise) such as IP-PBX and Video Conference solutions (Endpoint and MCU).
Troubleshooting system problems and diagnosing and solving IP-PBX and Video Conference solutions faults.
Support team with technical knowledge in Unifi communication: IP-PBX, Video Conference solutions and Meeting Room solutions etc.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Unificommunication Solutions (IP-PBX, Video Conference and Meeting Room solutions).
Experience in IP-PBX Solutions such as Avaya, Yeastar or Grandstream.
Experience in Video Conference Solutions such as Polycom, Yealink, Avaya, Cisco, Zoom and MS Teams.
Good service mind, Interpersonal and Project management skill.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good command in English.
