Responsible

Responsibilities

Basic installing, deploy and configuring server, storage, endpoint, workstation and other related software.
Troubleshooting system problems and diagnosing and solving network faults.
Offsite & Onsite support to monitor and maintain computer and network.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
Basic knowledge and Experience in TCP/IP Networking, Configuration on Switch, Router (Cisco) and Computer OS.
Basic knowledge and skill on Installation and Maintenance Windows server/workstation system, DNS, DHCP and email system.
Eager to learn and study new technology.
Good service mind, Interpersonal and Project management skill.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good command in English.
