Service Desk Supervisor / Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Management of service desk or IT application support team in Chiang Mai to provide a 24x7 support to production systems • Monitors IT/Service desk support team activity daily to ensure tickets are being completed timely and accurately • Responsible for ensuring adequate level 1 or 1st tier support coverage is available during each shift • Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on Application Support metrics • Management and reporting of key production availability metrics

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields • At least 5 years of experience in leading Customer Service or IT Application Support team • Strong communication with the key business stakeholders in managing day to day production environments • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure • Good command in both written and oral communication in Thai and English
