Customer Service Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Resolving customer queries as efficiently as possible - Ensure complete and accurate service in dealing with customer queries - Provide a \'Best in Class\' customer service to all clients - Liaise and work closely with all departments to investigate and resolve customer queries - Manage and develop existing client base - Monitor customer feedback and escalate if appropriate - Maintain the quality and timeliness of all administration - Provide input and suggestions for improving practices and process to enable excellent customer service

• - Very high attention to detail - Excellent telephone manner essential - A strong desire to develop and progress within a growing business - Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure - Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English - Computer literacy
