Sales Co-ordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informations.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
• New graduate or 0-2 years experience in IT, Network environment
• Knowledge in Network infrastructure, Network Security, Data communication (LAN,WAN), Server ,Cloud ,Wireless ,IP Telephony to be advantage.
• Good computer skills ex.MS Office
• Good teamwork and discipline.
• Good service mind and communication.
• Good command in English.
• Able to work well in a pressurized environment and have flexible time.
