Senior Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Monitor existing systems to ensure highly available environments.
• Co-operate with team member to provide in depth troubleshooting and escalation.
• Create and Maintain documentation of system configuration or other report assigned.
• Support other IT and business projects.
• Keep up-to-date with products and technologies of responsible job.
• Understand of the configuration and implementation of the network and associated systems.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology , Computer Science or any related fields.
• 2-4 years experience in IT, Network environment.
• Knowledge in Network infrastructure, Network Security, Data communication (LAN,WAN) and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Server ,Cloud ,Wireless ,IP Telephony to be advantage.
• Good teamwork and discipline.
• Good service mind and communication.
• Good command in English.
• Able to work well in a pressurized environment and have flexible time.
