Tour Operation Manager (Outbound)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Ensure that all teams have enough quality and competitively priced product to sell and meet their target. 2. Communicate and actively pursue ways to strengthen Mushroom’s travel bargaining power with suppliers within the company and externally. 3. Strategic supplier selection and adjustment to achieve: better deals with greater choices (quality) , preferential rates (price) , Block seat , long term collaboration 4. Ensure that agents have product knowledge to answer customers’ inquiries 5. Checking and approving, proposals, travel itinerary, details of travel arrangements against customer requirement and cost. 6. Reviewing guide and customer feedback. 7. Liaising with marketing, call center and accounting team, as well as other third parties (airlines, wholesalers, land operators, hoteliers and resort reps) 8. Effective resource planning and implementing of business strategy initiative from board to achieve goal 9. Improve team performance 10. Work with HR to recruit team members to fulfill the target, establish a bench team ready to replace departing members 11. Operation managers with an in-depth knowledge of a particular area/region, may act as tour guides during the tour end.

• Excellent both of written and spoken in English. Negotiable with Supplier/Land Operator. Lead Team Set up operations process
