Education Executive (Product Trainer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description - Conduct training sessions including grooming and induction program for new BA(s) - Share beauty trends and makeup techniques and tips with team members - Prepare, update, and provide training materials for BA(s) - Regular visit to the stores to supervise BA deliverance of product knowledge, selling skill, and observe purchase behavior and interact between BA and clients - Ensure all BA(s) are well-trained in all protocols and procedures to ensure they meet company standards - Evaluate BA(s) performance in term of product knowledge, service standard, massage, and selling techniques - Coach and motivate BA(s) at counter to ensure product knowledge and selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at counter to ensure the highest standard of staff performance. - Perform follow-up field coaching and on-the-job training (OJT) to ensure all BA(s) can transfer knowledge in classroom training to workplace - Design appropriate learning solutions (with modern digital tools) - Identify and provide feedback for future training needs - Set up training venue, prepare refreshment and miscellaneous things to support the workshop - Create learning modules to be delivered at various times throughout the year - Support customer complaints and product comments by means of minimal loss of revenue - Adapt and translate training materials into key selling messages to fit local market and deliver training modules to BA - Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields - At least 3 years of experience in retail training of selling technique and makeup skills - Strong Digital Expertise and Know-how in Training be able to Conduct Offline & Online service tool - Tech Savvy fluent in key social platforms (LINE, FB, IG, Twitter, Tiktok etc) - Good English communication and presentation - Proficient in MS Office
