Data Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Build and modify operational database structures as identified based on business requirements
• Generate complex dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and ad-hoc reports according to the requirements in various reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Create automated reports and dashboards to present valuable information that can be used by the business team to make decisions
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
• Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance
• Support strategic planning activities through the analysis and monitoring of economic situation and retail market trend
• Create and present data-driven reports to executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in designing reports, dashboards or have certification(s) in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) or other analytics platforms to communicate data insights is a plus
• Advanced excel proficiency is required
• Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI for data visualization, and Tableau is an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with work experience on data-driven analysis under pressure
• Willing to work with extra miles
