Retail Leasing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to optimize space utilization
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Analyze space potential at each branch and propose effective usage strategies
• Acquire new tenants through partner networks, events, and targeted marketing channels
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and long-term value
• Maximize rental yield by enhancing the tenant mix and space performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in retail/commercial leasing (mall, retail, or outlet operations)
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with both local and branded tenants
• Strong understanding of zoning, space planning, and leasing contracts
• Existing network within fashion, lifestyle, or F&B sectors is a strong advantage
• Strategic thinker with professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to provincial branches as required
