Handle customers’ inquiry and represent Leo Self Storage. Initiate storage solutions and value-added services. Attend sales & marketing activities assigned by supervisor or management. Self-motivated and pro-active to reach monthly target & goal. Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
