• Position: Recruitment Consultant Type: Full time Job Location: Silom, BKK. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and recruitment preparation of Technical Professionals. The Recruitment Consultant works as part of the existing Recruitment team which directly supports individual respective Account Managers on various multinational and regional customer accounts. Create, utilize and develop networking, database searching, publishes advertisements on relevant job boards and websites to attract qualified candidates to Vinarco. Review and assess applications, shortlists candidates for interview and submission, follows up on candidate’s availability. Negotiate employment terms and conditions relating to individual assignments and ensures a smooth transition to the respective Account Manager. Responsible for editing regular reporting to analyze and optimize quality and efficiency of recruitments. Required Qualifications: (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills) Experience in manpower services or experience in the recruitment dept preferred. Newly graduated or inexperienced candidates who are eager and committed to learning are welcome. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good analytical skill to understand what the clients need according to their requirements Familiar with software applications typically used in our industry and the process of on-board resources. Ability to develop strong communication channels amongst candidates in the respective market. A driven and service oriented mind to with professionalism, expressing the highest sense of urgency to fill vacancies. Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organized documentation Job Requirements Thai National Fluent in Thai and English languages Bachelor Degree Newly graduated or inexperienced candidates who are eager and committed to learning are welcome.
