• Wireline Operator (Oil and Gas) Education and Qualification: • Minimum requirement: Technical High Vocational Diploma , Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent • 3-5 years working experience as Wireline Operator and/or competent in job responsibilities and duties stated below • Good command of Written and Spoken English with a minimum TOEIC score of 300 or equivalent • Able to operate PC with a minimum of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel) and learn Company own programs. Responsibilities: • Perform basic WL operations such as drift, gauge cutter, LIB, Amerada & Electronic gauges, MPLT, plug setting and retrieval runs. • Organizes and coordinates the work effort of wireline crew in order to ensure that the operation conforms with company safety standards and operating procedures • Understands how to operate necessary platform, e.g. wellhead, X-Mas tree, test separator, and control panel. This is not limited to understand, capable to operate and maintain basic functioning of Wireline ASEP unit, Pressure control equipment, or air compressor. • Drive platform crane for Wireline operation and offload equipment from crew boat. • Capable to prepare Wireline tools for next run in the well. • Work and train other Wireline Assistant in order to ensure that the operation conforms to company safety standards and operating procedure. • Prepare work requisitions as required for the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities. • During emergency conditions, direct the correct and orderly shutdown and abandonment of equipment and facilities under this direct control.
