• Wireline Assistant (Oil and Gas) Education and Qualification • Minimum requirement: Technical High Vocational Diploma , Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent • New graduates or 1 year experience preferably within the Well Services Group • Good command of Written and Spoken English with a minimum TOEIC score of 250 or equivalent • Able to operate PC with a minimum of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel) Scope of Work • Safely assist in rigging up and operating the wireline package and associated equipment. • Concentrates on being proficient in understanding and executing in “Training Guide for Wireline Operator”. • Work with other Wireline Helpers in order to ensure that the operation conforms to company safety standards and operating procedure. • Prepare Wireline tools for next run in the well. • Prepare work requisitions as required for the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities. • Keep all equipment and tool boxes in a clean and operable condition. • During emergency conditions, if required, direct the correct and orderly shutdown and abandonment of equipment and facilities under this direct control.
