HSE Manager (จป.วิชาชีพ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Establish and implement processes, procedures and requirements to enable all plants in country comply with local laws and company HSE standards. • Lead and execute an approach to audit, monitor and manage HSE implementation in plants in order to establish continuous improvement system. • Provide necessary training and education on developing and managing HSE for employees. • Contribute and involve company integrated management system to achieve team’s goal on HSE.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree or above in engineering, HSE management, Food Science, Bio-technology, Chemistry. (Must have a professional safety officer certificate.) • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as HSE manager in industries with productions in Aquaculture, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Chemical, Food processing, Pharmaceutical, etc. • Strong knowledge on HSE laws and regulations, and international certifications IS14001 and ISO45001. • Certified Safety Professional preferred – ASP/CSP • Strong communication and people management skills in working environment with diversified cultures. • Working experience in matrix organization. • Proficiency in English.
