DPO Engineer Expert

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Designs & plans technical tasks according to given project, along with existing processes and instructions. • Collaborates with teams and report activity progress to stakeholders. • Provides technical consultant support in designing solutions. Escalates technical issues ro vendor supports. • Participates actively in equipment and project acceptance delivered by third party vendors. • Enhances/updates HLD, LLD & network diagrams for Core CS/IMS. • Guides operation team on designed solution and planned activities. • Monitors network KPIs according to the project activities. • Hands on equipment to operation team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality, Male and Female, Age 27 years and over. • Bachelor's degree in related fields. • More than 5 years of experience in Core CS/IMS solution and design. • Good Knowledge of E2E voice domain, protocols & technologies eg SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, DIAMETER GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE/5G. • Experience in leading Core CS/IMS projects. • Extensive experience with core software application including all Core CS components. • Experience in communicating with different groups/teams/working cultures. • Hands on experience. • Good Troubleshooting skills. • Project collaboration skills. • Good in English communication skills. • High level of experience in E/// MSS, MGW, SBG is a plus. • High level of experience in experience in Huawei IMS is a plus. • Good understanding and managing Core CS/IMS operations KPIs • Self-motivated and ability to motivate other.
