หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Must- - Install , Configure, Administer RHEL. - Sort complex issues pertaining to hardware and network failure – Monitor both Hardware and Software systems for errors and update them regularly to maintain proper functioning and flow of information - Configure Red Hat Cluster or Pacemaker - Troubleshooting Cluster incidents - Working knowledge of LVM - Working knowledge of Disk Addition in Oracle ASM - System Administration-Managing Users, Groups, Roles and Access Permissions. - Perform security monitoring tests to identify intrusions - Provide Level 3 technical support - Deploy performance enhancing/monitoring tools - Recommend new updates and changes - System performance tuning. - Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. - Installing and configuring new hardware and software. - Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords,etc. - Answering technical queries and assisting users. Good to Have - - Installation , Configuration, Administration of ESX Servers, vSphere Client and Vcenter Server - Create the datastore for storing VMs and data Configuration of Vmotion ,virtual switch,Vlan in Virtual center. Providing and maintaining user access in VC ,configuring mail alert for any failure in HA,DRS,CPU or memory. - Deploy Virtual Machines and use Clones, Snapshots, templates "Health Check for VMs and ESX host - Trouble shooting issues related to ESX host,Vc,VCB,HA,DRS,Vpxa,vmware update manager" - Present / Assign LUN to esx host (Actually a storage admin task) - Managing VMware vSphere client, Virtual vCenter Server. - ManagingVirtual Networking(Virtual Switches, VM Kernel Ports) - Managing Virtual Storage (Access Control and VMFS Datastores) - Creation, Management and Configuration of Virtual Machines, Clone and Templates. - Customizing guest operating system on Virtual Machines. - Created DRS and Custom roles for users and Administrators - High availability, Clustering, VMotion, Storage Vmotion. - Server Consolidation with VMware Converter (P2P and P2V Conversions) - Snapshot manager and restoring a snapshot. - System Administration-Managing Users, Groups, Roles and Access Permissions. - Setting up and monitoring performance monitoring and capacity planning. - Managing Tasks, Events and Alarms - Install , Configure, Administer RHEL. - Sort complex issues pertaining to hardware and network failure – Monitor both Hardware and Software systems for errors and update them regularly to maintain proper functioning and flow of information

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, Related Field - 2-5 years experience in support and troubleshooting system - Good command of English communication
