หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Gathering and analyzing overall factory operation processes in end-to-end area; sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, and shipment. • Create As-Is high level and detail level of operation flow including issue/bottleneck detail • Design To-Be high level and detail level of operation flow • Advise customer to realize the current issue and lead to improve the entire factory operation process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female with age of 27 - 40 years old • College graduate and above • At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or industrial sector with a focus on manufacturing process improvement & operational excellence • Job experiences in consulting firm (ACN, ABEAM, Deloitte, KPMG, Qunie) is preferred • Experiences in BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) project, business transformation design project, system implementation project of IoT, DX, ERP system is highly desirable • Have ability and experience to analyze As-Is business operation and issues, project management • Some software development background is preferred • Business level of English proficiency is required • Conversational level of Japanese is preferred • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong team working ability • Self-disciplined and responsible to work • Ability to work across multi-cultural teams • Willing and able to travel and spend time at client’s site
