BA - Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Understanding and aligning with client business and program objectives, value and realization plans • Ability to drive requirements workshops and discovery sessions to define user journeys, functionalities, MVP solution etc • Ability to create feature list, prioritize with business and manage • Create a healthy product backlog along with business users • Manage Epic, features and user stories in Jira and extensive documentation in Confluence • Feasibility analysis of functionalities requested against chosen technical platforms • Write user stories after due analysis of inter dependencies, provide a walkthrough to tech teams to perform tech grooming, story pointing and development • Act as a bridge between development teams and business users • Support business during UAT, launch readiness, training and post launch support • Focus on continuous improvement. • Engage at CIO/CMO levels in client organization and act as consultant and specialist in supporting them in reaching their goals • Collaborate with pre-sales and client services teams in account mining activities • Collaborate with internal teams in building functional assets and thought leadership

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 5+ years' experience as business analyst in ecommerce programs/projects • Deep understanding of ecommerce domain • Understanding of industry domains like retail, telecom preferred • Good understanding of UI, UX, content management, cloud, SEO and Analytics • Experience in ecommerce platforms like Magento, Hybris etc preferred • Extensive experience with Agile is mandatory • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English mandatory
