- • Provide legal opinions and advice in all legal aspects to ensure all operation, policies, activities, business practices are comply with all relevant laws and regulations as well as internal regulations. • Responsible for law updating. • Supporting for collection Division such as operating legal outsource office. • Review and draft contract, POA and legal document. • Co-ordinate and Operate law firm outsource litigation process.

- • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law. • Over 8 years experience in Manager level and matter of law. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Knowledgeable of Hire purchase in commercial law. • Must have Lawyer's License.
