• • Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into • functional/technical requirement • Develops detailed documentation and specifications. • Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology • perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, • workflow, business process management and reports. • Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities. • Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing. • System or program Success exactly as the user wants. • Manage the team and allocate personnel to suit the job
