Senior Tech Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Understanding and aligning with client business and program objectives, value and realization plans. • Ability to drive requirements workshops and discovery sessions to define technical solutions. • Support the refinement/translation of business requirements or Stories into functional and non-functional deliverables. • Feasibility analysis of functionalities requested against chosen technical platforms. • Act as a bridge between development teams and client business and technical teams • Support business during UAT, launch readiness, training and post launch support. • Ability to use design best practices and follow architectural principles define by Technical Architecture. • Ability to apply test-first practices including Test Driven Development (TDD) for unit testing. • Ability to document and communicate clearly. • Ability to lead and mentor team members/Identify and execute initiatives that creates customer excitement and consistently differentiate BORN as a partner by focusing on business outcomes for customers.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 28 – 40 years old • Bachelor degree • 5+ years’ experience as Tech Lead in ecommerce programs/projects • Deep understanding of various technical architectures like headless, side by side etc. • Extensive experience with developing and consuming SOAP. REST based APIs • Good understanding of cloud-based architecture. • Deep understanding of ecommerce domain, platforms • Understanding of industry domains like retail, telecom preferred • Good understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit testing • Experience in ecommerce platforms like Magento, Hybris etc. preferred. • Exposure to Agile Scrum, Jenkins and the Atlassian toolset is mandatory. • Good communication skills in English.
