หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Expert in Basic Service Set (BSS) with through functional knowledge of CRM system. • Must have exposure to OSS (Online service system) • Perform with Order management processes and orchestration. • Perform with data modelling of Customer, Subscriber, Products ,and Services, Configurations • Perform with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) processes and Techniques • Onsite with clients. • Responsibility for SLA (Service Level Agreement) with clients and other Compliance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 30 – 40 years old • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience in analytics, informatics or business • Must have basic knowledge about integration technologies and protocols (SOA, XML, WSDLs, Jason, Tuxedo). • Must aware of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, devOps, Agile) • Experience in telecom business will be advantage. • Good command in English
