IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Support software SAP and Rubix • Having knowledge and capable of installing basic computer programs; Windows, Outlook, etc. • Solving problems; computer errors, help desk, support, etc. • Having skill of developing and applying Internet, Firewall, VPN, Network and tools and equipment • Contact with suppliers, service providers, vendors for inquiry and maintenance • Maintenance computers, tools and equipment (Hardware, Software) including network system • Develop IT technology to comply with company’s policy • Make listing report of hardware, software, tools and equipment which related to computers and IT system, seek inquiry for purchasing • Make report related to IT and computers • Others as assigned by supervisors

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age 30 – 35 years old • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field • At least 5 years of experience in IT support • Experienced with support SAP system , warehouse management system (Rubix)
