Strategic Planner

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Analysis brand positioning and consumer insights • Shape and communicate our vision and mission • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies • Assist and guide creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions • Build complete marketing plans for product launches, by working closely with media, digital and PR team. • Overseeing the production of creative assets and execution plan • Supervising the individual markets on their execution plan • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research • Co-ordinating the launch programmer to external customers as well as employees

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Around 3-5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG • Experienced in strategic planning area from agency • (experience in smartphone, operating service provider industries is a plus) • Majors in Marketing or communication • Have good analytical skills • Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing (Thai and English) • Be enthusiastic about technology area
