CRM Operation Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Design, lead, manage, monitor, resolve incident, support projects and operation routine to improve CRM application on premise and cloud system and integrate system with 3rd party system. • Support end-users/community of CRM data related programs by working with application development, infrastructure, and security team. • Initiate, build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and business end user. • Design, implement, and evolve process flows for campaign configurations, ensuring on time and quality delivery. • Lead the operations team members in implementing marketing automation and be the advocate of excellent customer experience and SLA or KPI performance. • Keep pace of market trends and business opportunities to improve CRM programs. • Follow campaign performance trends as well as the operational efficiency of the team itself. • Excellent written English including ability to develop high-quality program materials/toolkits. • Advanced analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 32 – 45 years old • Bachelor degree • Good command of English • Candidate having work with Telecom Operations knowledge • Candidate with 10-12 years of Industry experience in Application Operations • Candidate having knowledge of MS SQL, MS Sharepoint, Infomix, Mongo DB, Unix/Linux • Candidate having knowledge of Nokia Flow1, Order Management • Candidate having work with multi- application integrated environment • Candidate to have Team management experience of handling 15-20 members • Candidate with good experience of MS office & Analytics Skills • Candidate should have good understanding of (speak/understand) English Language • Candidate to support and achieve agreed SLA/KPI for the domain • Candidate to have ITIL process knowledge would be advantage • Candidate with good collaborative skills & customer management skill • Candidate to ensure delivery of new changes & deployment by team on time • Candidate to do regular review of team’s performance and create improvement plan • Candidate to encourage teamwork, cooperation, and Increase productivity • Candidate to encourage cross-functional coordination between different teams in a Project
