Division Manager of Agricultural Extension

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee and direct the entire farm production and extensions division and departments • Ensure proper management and implementation of resources, up to date farming technologies and services to supply chain for farm production and extension departments • Ensure agreed strategies are implemented and compliance with regulatory authorities to be maintained • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans with accurate farm extension data • Provide leadership in achieving company objectives and KPIs • Certify that appropriate internal systems, policies, procedures and controls are in place to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations on farm production and extension management • Maintain consistent and effective communication with the Deputy Managing Director, implementing her directives • Advise and support the senior management team with financial planning, costing, budgeting, and decision making • Execute the company’s business plan • Spearheading of new initiatives on smart farming and technologies • Weekly Production Meetings – minute and tracked • After-hour standby support for farming production and extension managers • Oversee farm production and extension project management • Initiating departmental reporting deadlines • Consolidation of farm production and extension departmental reports for weekly reporting to D.MD on behalf of Agricultural production and extension division • Reporting “red flags” immediately • Promptly providing solutions to the critical issues • Ensuring departments’ documents and records are audit complaint • Annual budget compilation in conjunction with farm production and extension departments • Monthly budget meeting with D.MD to analyses and justify expenditure

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Age over 40 years old • Tertiary Management on Agricultural and technological qualification • Ten (10) years + practical experience in a farm environment and agricultural technology • Knowledge and experience in smart agriculture and data analysis for farming business will be an advantage • Analytical and Synthetical skills of farming data to provide solutions on critical issues and develop efficient long-term farming production system • Knowledge of manage large fields such as sugarcane, palm, corn, cassava or other agricultural fields will be an advantage • Computer skilled • Excellent in English
