Finance Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analysis • Provides comprehensive financiai support for assigned departmonts, including, but not limited to monthly performance reports, financial analysis, expense variance review, and recommendations for corrective actions when needed • Coordinates the development and assist in the preparation of all budgets and forecasts for expense, capital and headcount in accordance with the financial planning calendar • Explain unexpected variance to financial key performance indicators; revenue, cost, expenses and profit • Assist finance manager to prepare company budget and explain budget variance • To perform monthly analysis of retail shops performance • To give support to the operations department to prepare the required various management reports which includes inventory and procurement control • Perform assigned ad-hoc tasks Finance • Assist finance manager to review all VAT and WHT monthly report and submit to Revenue Department in timely and accuracy manner • Provides monthly support to the business by performing month-end account closing activities and reconciliations, Records month-end journal entries/accruals; assures all expenses are recorded in the month incurred; distribute departmental performance reports; and analyzes spending variances • Leading accounting team for monthly reporting to ensure • Review all payment lo suppliers for correctness of accounting code and amount to be records

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 25 – 40 years old • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • At least 3 years experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, other Finance or Accounting Fields (Experience in big 4 auditor is preferable) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Advanced in Microsoft Excel • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized • Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements • Knowledge in retails business is highly preferred but not a must
