หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Sourcing and screening candidates from several sources • Manage pre-screening call and mapping with the assigned requirements • Directly supporting and report all recruitment activities to Project Manager • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements • Lead employer branding initiatives • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department • Perform full-life cycle of the recruitment process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 30 –40 years old • Bachelor degree • Good command of English • Minimum 2-3 years direct working experience on IT Recruitment • Knowledge on IT technologies, position and always follow up with IT trend • Flexible person and able to handle pressure • Prefer candidate who can start work within 2 weeks
