Operations Analyst or Senior Operations Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination. • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document problems. • Write reports and presentations to guide operational decisions periodically and on the fly. • Develop and test new tools, reports, and technologies. • Work with existing software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize, and share findings.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/computer science/information management systems with at least 1 year work experience OR Master’s degree with at least 1 year work experience in the related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Thai. • Good knowledge of documentation and reporting • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team • Experience working to and exceeding targets • At least 1 year experience for Unix command/knowledge. • At least 1 year experience for AWS on cloud knowledge. • At least 1 year experience for Database Postgres/oracle knowledge. • Proactively participate in resolving internal and external issues. • Sound Knowledge of Computer skills, preferably on MS Office and reporting system. • Capable of making effective and prompt decision.
