หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible to lead and ensure delivery of an end-to-end integrated solution • Representative & point of contact for Project team on all technical matters • Prepare high-level solution design document in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements. • Support Business & Requirement Analyst during Functional and system requirements. • Deliver High-Level Solution Design Documents for all impacted platforms/applications. • Etc..

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 35 – 45 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree or higher • 14+ Years in Telecom BSS/OSS domain with minimum 1+ years in Cross Platform design, 6+ years in E2E Solution Design • Well aware of various e2e journeys - Lead to Order, Order to Activate, Billing and Charging, Trouble to resolve. • Worked on CRM and Billing solutions and well aware about Customer journeys. Hands on experience on EPC and Catalog Management. • Expert in Thai language and Expert in English Language • Written and Oral in Thai and English
