Warehouse Team Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Closely monitor operation in the assigned shift and promptly adjust the operation plan to align with the situation. • Responsible for hourly warehouse performance monitoring and timely resolve operational situation to ensure all warehousing • tasks are completed on a timely manner • Monitor and control operational expenses i.e. staff over-time, warehouse consumable usage, etc. • Set up standard operating procedures for the operation team, enforce and ensure all staff comply with the SOP at all time. • Conduct regular performance review, ensure all operation KPIs are fully achieved and lead improvement initiative as seen necessary. • Responsible for team management, human resource development and operation knowledge training • Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety • Work in shifts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 24 – 35 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse management • Familiar with Warehouse management systems • Be able to work under pressure • Excellent problem solving skill
