CPO (Chief Product Officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Plan product vision, innovate product design, and ensure high-level product performance • Ensure smooth development of great products that deliver value to customers • Manage cross-functional teams and report back progress to the CEO • Communicate the vision, strategy, and goals of the product, to product managers and others from different functional departments • Create a detailed roadmap for the product lifecycle that includes specifying the product market and the needs it aims to fulfil, KPIs that measure the product's performance, and expectations from the product • Coordinate with the CTO to plan, motivate, and supervise product development teams to take the necessary actions for bringing the concept and strategy of a product to life • Launch product, evaluate product performance, and expand product into new markets

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 35 – 45 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders • Strong project management and organization skills • 10+ years of professional product management / development experience • Ability to influence, manage, and guide others to steer the entire product department to achieve the XSpring's goals and vision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy to understand, guide, and motivate others • Advance research skills, knowledge, and insight of product analytics to assess product performance, customer experience, and revenue growth opportunities • Ability to set budgets that utilize minimum resources and deliver maximum product potential • Experience in developing financial products
