COO (Chief Operating Officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Translate company strategy and mission into actionable performance KPI and budget needed • Manage a team to run day-to-day operations • Manage digital token lifecycle based on whitepaper which includes subscription, airdrop, benefit grants, etc. • Take over operations of newly launched product from product department after 100-day launching • Manage team of customer service, collect and compile issues from customers and coordinate with respective departments/team • Evaluate existing, and design & develop new operational process to support business & regulatory needs which may include new products, new form of offerings, new partnerships, improvement of back-end admin portal, etc. • Ensure platform service level meets and comply with regulatory criteria

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 30 – 45 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • 6+ years of professional management experience, particularly in technology and financial related • Ability to structure problem, identify resource needed, and plan execution • Excel in influencing, managing, and guide others to execute new process • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy to understand, guide, and motivate others • Possess a hack mindset, get-things-done attitude, and always find a way to make things work • Experience in managing small-to-medium size team • Experience in financial products, technology industry • Strong project management capability • STEM graduates
