CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Own and create marketing plans; define the optimal marketing mix • Manage the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels and functions (social media, performance marketing, partnerships & affiliates, branding & PR) • Ensure that marketing operations, PR, and BD activities are consistent and effective across channels to fulfill KPIs • Coordinate with internal and external parties to maximize the impact of new product launch • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaign • Plan and effectively manage marketing budget • Inspire the team and develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and optimization • Ensure compliance of all communication and materials such as media content and press releases

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 30 – 45 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • 6+ years of professional work experience in marketing, preferably with background in E-commerce or Tech • Outstanding leadership skills –ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire others • Understand in marketing landscape (offline and online) • Ability to think strategically to deliver the best results • Entrepreneurial mindset –can-do attitude and be comfortable and confident rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Thai) • Experience in managing a small size team to achieve results • Experience and knowledge of blockchain and crypto industries • Strong project management and organization skills
